Objectives of this role:Climate Earth is seeking a technically strong Life Cycle Assessment Analyst to join our diverse inclusive team of LCA and software professionals. The Senior Life Cycle Assessment Analyst is responsible for both implementing clients onto our software platform and for collecting and synthesizing information to produce complex life cycle assessment (LCA) models and reports of new innovative materials and processes. The Senior LCA/EPD Project Manager will be responsible for providing clients with high quality results within project schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities:Working closely with the Director of North American LCA and EPD Services, you will be responsible for selected major account relationships and will manage some of our most complex LCA projects. Day to day you will be managing multiple LCA projects and EPD Generator implementations while simultaneously maintaining critical business relationships. Using strong relationship and consulting skills the Senior LCA/EPD Project Manager will build and preserve our trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities to better serve customers with additional or new applications.

Requirements:This position requires strong customer relationship and project management skills and is also a hands-on technical position, requiring a critical eye for detail and a big picture perspective. The successful candidate must be a team player, skilled time manager and negotiator, obsessive planner, strategic thinker, and skilled writer who is self-motivated, creative, confident, hardworking, and enthusiastic.

A minimum of 5 years of corporate LCA experience, preferably with building materialsFamiliarity with global LCI databases and demonstrated ability to research and build life cycle inventoriesExperience conducting 3rd party LCA/EPD reviews and working with a variety of program operatorsExperience working directly with clients and supporting business developmentExperience organizing and leading small teams in a collaborative environmentHighly motivated and detail oriented with the ability to work independently and in close collaboration with team membersMaster’s degree in environmental science, engineering or a field related to life cycle assessmentDemonstrated expertise in all relevant LCA standards to include ISO 14040, 14044, 14025, 21930, EN 15804 and multiple construction PCRsProven ability to build complex LCA models in the latest versions of SimaPro and/or GABi softwareSkilled written and verbal communicator, including ability to present complex information to a non-technical audienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA team player with strong leadership and customer relationship skillsFluent in English plus one or more languagesAbility to travelUS Visa

Location:While location is flexible, we prefer candidates located within the US.

Salary and Benefits:Our benefit package includes healthcare and a company matched 401k retirement program for US based employees.The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000, depending on your background and years of experience.
