Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements of defective components.Test HVAC/R systems to ensure proper functioning and optimal performance.Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients, addressing their concerns, and offering expert advice and recommendations.Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC/R vocational program or apprenticeship preferred.Proven experience as an HVAC/R Technician, with a strong working knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components.EPA/CFC Certification (Required) for handling refrigerants; additional certifications such as NATE or HVAC Excellence are a plus.Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC/R systems and diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
