Job Description:As a sales consultant, you will play a vital role in our client engagement process by scheduling appointments with real estate investors who are interested in a coaching program and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and our team to get enrolled.
The Ideal Candidate:Must be in Tampa, FL with an option to work from home on Tuesdays & Thursdays for a local candidate. Requires travel 5-7 times a year for events.Must have personal and professional interest or experience in real estate or real estate investing.Preferably 3 months of appointment setting experience utilizing inbound and outbound leads over the phone.Preferably has gone through sales training with online gurus (EX: Cole Gordon, Jeremy Miner, Grant Cardone, Andy Elliot, Challenger Approach, etc.)Epitomizes professionalism, is open to coaching, and strives for excellence in their endeavors.Exhibit a winner's mindset, exude charisma, and have the capacity to motivate others.
Compensation: $48k/yr base, with the potential to earn up to $120k/yr with bonuses.
