Experience and education requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business or related; master’s degree a plusExperience with SAP S4/Hana or Oracle Cloud ERP a plusRTR /FICO expert with ERP and S/4HANA experiencePreferred Six Sigma/Lead experience or Certified Product Manager
5+ years of 7 years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.Strategyand negotiate prioritization of delivery across numerous technology teams to support continuing improvements in the Record to Report value streams processes through ERP implementation.the end-to-end business processes and the ERP and other connected applications; contribute to setting strategy for continuous improvement of process enabled by technology.as the lead or contributing product manager on multiple strategic projects presenting and driving enabling technology decisions for Client systems.business strategies to technology domains for delivery, leveraging well-defined structure of Client business processes, products, and capabilities.as innovation evangelist by being a thought leader in the application and scaling of technical ideas; utilize separate technologies, and vertical departments to optimize the flow of products and services through entire value streams.analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify root cause of issues and assess opportunity size and impact.analyzing future-state capabilities, performance, and solution designs of in-house and external tools to influence build vs. buy decisions.the total cost of ownership (TCO) for each platform/application, assist with cost-benefit / return on investment / NPV analysis, to support decision making.customer insights for helping build product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities.customers priorities and be a strong internal and external customer representative.seamlessly into an environment and culture that prioritizes a customer-first mentality, fostering a team atmosphere dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of our customers & Technologyall aspects of the software development process, from defining the strategy and architecture through deployment and support.ERP product/platform strategy into actionable plans by crafting comprehensive feature descriptions and user stories that are easily digestible for the development team.with scrum master and Dev leaders to craft, architect and assemble effective products for Agile delivery teams.to key Agile ceremonies: Program Increment (PI) Planning / Big Room Planning; System Demo; Inspect and Adapt (I&A), etc.with ERP and Integration Development and Execution teams to build and communicate anticipated release schedules.feature and story elaboration activities across all Agile Teams throughout execution.in running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.Finance, Accounting, Tax and other partner teams with product or technical knowledge and additional documentation.proactive individual capable of championing product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and objectives. Equally comfortable rolling up sleeves to delve into the details, providing hands-on support to ensure the team successfully accomplishes its tasks.requirements:business and technical communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to convey results in a persuasive manner and at the appropriate level of detail.about telecommunications industry, business processes, strategic technologies, and industry leading practicessuccess in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools.requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.with Agile backlog/project management tools.with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest.in delivering large and sophisticated business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role.track record of efficiently connecting with leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.written and verbal communication skills with ability to present sophisticated technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders.of control design and documentation, and SOX compliance organizational skills to manage, prioritize and execute on competing activities to negotiate between teams and reach consensus and support.
