CloudRay, Inc., with over 25 years of experience, is a well-established consulting and staffing firm based in East Windsor, NJ. We are actively seeking experienced Sales Professionals in Industrial (Manufacturing) Staffing on urgent basis. This is an Onsite position, and candidates at all levels - Junior, Mid, and Executive- are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities Actively seek and acquire new clients in industrial staffing industry by identifying business opportunities, networking, and building relationships.Collaborate with potential clients to understand their workforce requirements and staffing needs. Develop and execute strategies to expand accounts and increase business opportunities. Work closely with our recruiting team to match client requirements with suitable candidates, ensuring high-quality placements. Continuously engage with clients to ensure their staffing needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services. Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential client needs and opportunities for growth. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management within the Staffing or Manufacturing industry, focusing on roles such as Forklift Operator, Assembler, Material Handler, Warehouse Worker etc.Ability to use existing connections to quickly bring in new clients and opportunities.Ability to travel to potential clients and existing client offices to spread word of mouth, business growth is a must. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Candidate should be residing in New Jersey and willing to commute to our New Jersey Office on a daily basis.
