Required Education:An Associate’s degree or Certificate from a college or technical school in a field closely related to engineering, architecture or construction is required.Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction technology or related field is preferred.

Qualifications:In order to become a candidate, you must possess these skills and abilitiesA minimum of 5 years of related experienceProject planning and budgetingContract administration & project schedulingPrinciples of risk management as it applies to projects prior to and during constructionInterpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective and appropriate working relationshipsOrganization and time managementPerform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and ratios

Responsibilities

Perform design and constructability reviews of projects within area of experienceEnsuring final project deliverables (As-Builts & O&M Manuals) meet defined standardsMay be required to perform various duties of the Project Manager when they are not availablePerform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different natureAssigning, prioritizing, monitoring, and reviewing work assignmentCoordinate with multiple personnel including project managers, designers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within the stipulated time and allocated budgetAssist with evaluation of change order requests, requests for information, and other change issuesAssist the Project Manager in addressing and verifying conformance to the projects’ quality control plan in accordance with quality assurance requirementsCoordinate daily aspects of the project with internal and external stakeholdersCreate and meet schedules and deadlines of the workProvide information and responses to inquiries from contractors, tenants, Authority departments, consultants, stakeholders and other regulatory agenciesVerify and assist the Project Manager in maintaining project files for all required administrative items including, but not limited to, submittals, RFIs, payroll records, field changes and directives, general correspondence, and pay applicationsUnderstand and carry out oral and written directionsAccurately organize and maintain paper documents and electronic filesMaintain the confidentiality of information and professional boundaries

Salary:$50.00 /Per hour

Bonus Pay:Bonus opportunities are available at management discretion, based on individual job performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate objectives.
