📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Summary: Receptionist Onboarding Specialist The On-Boarding Specialist works with all incoming candidates to guide them through the on-boarding process and answer questions they may have. They also help reach out to job applicants to schedule interviews. This person must be comfortable with computers and interacting with people both on the phone and in-person. Duties: - Contribute to a positive atmosphere.- Greet Incoming Applicants.- Onboard new applicants and confirm information is correct.- Perform applicant screening.- Administer skills testing.- Scan and input files into system.- Create job postings.- Answer incoming phone calls.- Assist recruiters.Skills:- Strong organizational abilities and able to prioritize multiple ongoing projects.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Like working with people- Comfortable working with computers. Windows and Microsoft Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel.- Teachable and coachable.
