Job Title: Staffing Coordinator RecruiterSummary: We are seeking a staffing recruiter for our office on the north side of Holland. The recruiter is responsible for the full cycling of recruitment. That includes sourcing candidates, Interviewing, placement, keeping in contact with employees, and communicating with our client companies on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:- Contribute positive mindset atmosphere.- Post Job Ads to social media and websites.- Sourcing candidates that have shown interest in job postings: Call, Email, Text.- Screening and Interviewing Candidates: Phone screens are conducted, then candidates are scheduled to come into the office for an interview. - Onboarding new employees into our applicant tracking system. - Coordinating Interviews, start dates, as well as terminations when necessary. - Presenting candidates to clients over email and phone. - Act as point of contact between clients and employees. Skills:- Must enjoy working with people. - Teachable and coachable- Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to adapt to new systems and processes. - Comfortable with computers; strong abilities in Windows Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel.- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple ongoing projects.Schedule:- 40 Hours/Week- 8 Hour Shift- Monday-FridayBenefits:- Paid Time Off- Health Insurance- Dental Insurance- Vision Insurance
