Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President RCM at Code Quick. The Vice President RCM will be responsible for managing the revenue cycle management process and ensuring efficient medical coding practices. The role will involve overseeing and optimizing coding workflows, managing denial management, conducting compliance reviews and audits, and providing education and documentation improvement to staff. The role is based in Salt Lake City, UT, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and medical coding processesExperience in managing and optimizing coding workflowsKnowledge of denial management and the ability to address coding-related denialsAbility to conduct compliance reviews and audits to ensure coding accuracy and adherence to regulationsExperience in providing education and documentation improvement to staffExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work effectively in a hybrid remote and on-site work environmentBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
