We are looking for our COO and integrator to substantially grow and scale our personal injury law firm into a digital marketing organization that exceeds $10 million in gross revenue in the next 3 years using EOS and Fireproof systems and processes. The team member who is the perfect fit for this job is a carbon copy of John Nachhazel. Coffey McPharlin Trial Law is a personal injury law firm located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We are dedicated to helping people get fair compensation when they have been wronged due to someone else's negligence. Our cases usually involve catastrophic injuries and cover areas such as wrongful death, products liability, dangerous drugs, premises liability, aviation disasters, trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, spinal cord injury, brain injury, and negligent security. We are trial lawyers who are trusted by other attorneys for their referrals, and we fight for justice on behalf of the little guy.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Law Firm COO. The COO will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, hiring A+ team members, business planning, financial management, budgeting and marketing strategy implementation. The COO will collaborate with the firm's attorneys and staff to ensure efficient operations, strategic planning, and financial success. The COO will also have the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the week, while being primarily located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
