Cognizant is looking for a “Dot Net Manager” for developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.
Education Details: BS or Equivalent
Must Have Skills: ASP.NET ASP.NET Core
Job Location: Atlanta, USA(Hybrid)

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Oversee the development lifecycle of software projects, emphasizing the use of ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core technologies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively. Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the development process. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including technical and non-technical team members. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively. Implement best practices in project management and software development. Foster a collaborative and productive project environment. Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Continuously evaluate project processes and outcomes for areas of improvement. Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in project management and software development.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years of project management experience in a software development environment is required.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in the merchandising domain is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale software projects. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
