This role is with the Cognizant Enterprise Integration (EI) and Digital Process Orchestration (DPO) within Enterprise Platform Services Team. Cognizant’s EI &DPO practice is a world leading provider of Hybrid Cloud Integration and Process Automation Services. EI &DPO practice has strategic alliances with “best of bread” platform providers to provide service for Cloud Integration, Hybrid Integration Platforms, B2B Platforms, DPA and Low Code Platforms, and Cloud Integration.

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide development support for Boomi UKG Kronos Retail application systems. Understand the standards from client convert them as a requirement for Boomi team. Configure Boomi UKG Kronos templates, as per the provided specifications. Create comprehensive technical Boomi UKG Kronos change plans, minimizing risk during version upgrades. Minimum of 10 years of experience, which must include Boomi UKG Kronos Retail standards. Excellent understanding of technical and business challenges relating to EDI/Boomi UKG Kronos standard. Able to define the Boomi UKG Kronos standards, and understand systems integration, application, technical behavior, and business / technical requirements. Experience with Boomi UKG Kronos Retail standard and supply change management. Knowledge of software development / implementation processes. Able to explain technical solutions and fixes to stakeholders. Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education. Candidate's that have completed a Master s degree program strongly preferred.

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 to $165,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
