Role And Responsibilities

Coordinate the development and implementation of manufacturing intelligence solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.Apply MS SQL Server and PL/SQL to develop and optimize database management systems.Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of manufacturing analytics into business operations.Provide expert consultation on product development projects focusing on the application of data analytics in manufacturing.Conduct in-depth analysis of project outcomes to ensure objectives are met and to inform future strategies.Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology and analytics.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all project activities.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and efficiency in processes.

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience with strong managerial background.Must have a solid foundation in MS SQL Server and PL/SQL with demonstrable experience in developing complex database solutions.Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing and supply chain domains with a focus on demonstrating data analytics for process optimization.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions.Good project management skills with experience in leading multi-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.A commitment to staying informed on the latest industry developments and a passion for driving innovation in manufacturing.

Technical Skills: Oracle LSH.

Domain Skills: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Manufacturing Intell&Analytics.
