📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

Location: Hartford, CT or Remote

Responsibilities
Manage and Administrate Kofax (Kofax TotalAgility & Insight) infrastructure in all environments.Perform platform Upgrade and Fix pack installations for KTA and InsightEnsure Stability of Kofax InfrastructureCoordinate & work with various customers from technology & business teams.Ensure alignment of Kofax best practices and standards from different Kofax teams.Work on solve and analyzing root cause for issues in KTA and Insight.Design and develop solutions that meet the functional and non-functional requirements.Maintain and create custom dashboards in Kofax InsightsSupport business as needed with code promotion from Dev to Production
Required Qualifications
Should have hands-on experience in Architecture, Design, Development, Maintenance and supporting advanced document capture solutions using Kofax TotalAgility, & Kofax InsightsHas lead projects to upgrade, migrate, patch of enterprise applications (preferably Kofax TotalAgility and Insights)History/shown ability to quickly learn and support new enterprise applications in a production support setting (Incident, Problem tickets, Change controls)Should have experience in developing meaningful KPIs on enterprise application system health and implementing security improvementsShould have several years of experience in engineering support (Windows, Active Directory, enabling high availability with KTA) and should be proficient with MS SQLShould have the ability to quickly analyze and identify root cause for issues while balancing customer and business priorityDevelopment experience in C# .NET

The annual salary for this position is between $86,000 – $123,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
