Intelligent IoT-enabled operations within production facilities and distribution networks have started resulting in the proliferation of data and have started experiencing rapid improvements in operations. To be successful companies will need to leverage IoT capabilities at scale design systems that increase connections between people OT systems IT applications and processes interconnecting them all.

Domain Skills- Industrial Manufacturing

Technical Skills- Control Engineering/MES, Industry 4.0 applications, IoT platforms (as applied in manufacturing), IT-OT integration.

Roles & Responsibilities

Industry Expert and Market leader for I&P (Industrial and Process) sectors.

Setting the vision and strategy to drive offering roadmap.

Supporting sales process as the SME with relevant industry knowledge towards business generation.

Contributing to the IoT Business operations.

Business transformation advisor for key clients.

Recommend offering roadmap for Smart Manufacturing for I&P.

Provide input on strategic alliances & partnerships.

Generate thought leadership and engage with customers within I&P portfolio.

Help design of marketing activities as it relates to Smart Manufacturing for I&P sector.

Collaborate with sales team to identify, qualify, and meet clients.

Guide delivery teams to architect and design solutions on client engagements.

Provide input on practice M&A strategy.

Participate in industry events and webinars contribute to writing case studies.

Domain Skills

20+ years of smart manufacturing experience with a deep understanding of the manufacturing controls/PLC SCADA systems MES productivity metrics (operations quality etc) and nuances in integrating OT systems with IT systems/applications.

Proven expertise in digital technologies that improve I4.0 success including sensors, IoT data architectures, analytical approaches, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and exposure to industry-standard models like ISA-95. Experience in advisory function to be able to comment on what programs would lead to success for clients.

Strong relationships with Industry executives and key technology alliance partners

Strong analytical skills with ability to review relevant data and use it to reach informed conclusions.

Acknowledged thought leader with ability and desire to speak in small and large groups and at conferences.

Effective communicator in both technical and C-level discussions

Technical Skills

Broad expertise in OT IT IoT technologies including different manufacturing process.

Roles And Responsibilities

Lead architecture and design activities with business stakeholders and implementation partners for successful deployment of MES systems.

Lead definition of equipment model for implementation of MES functionalities for electronic batch records

Lead deployment architecture for the solution.

Lead MES integration strategy with external enterprise and plant automation systems.

Provide subject matter expertise on manufacturing process standardization (standardized “building block” library)

Interaction with client SMEs to discuss and understand site business processes.

Lead business process mapping and design.

Lead site specific requirement analysis and functional specification development

Required Qualifications

Education

Chemical/Electrical/Electronics/Computers/Instrumentation & Controls/ Automation Engineering

Experience

MES Integration and Implementation in Pharma

Must have 8+ years of experience leading MES architecture and design for Pharma manufacturing processes such as solid dose drug, biotech (vaccines, drug substance, or drug product), solvent management, gene therapy or packaging.

Experience leading design and architecture of Electronic Batch Records eBRs, workflows, electronic logbooks.

Experience leading integration of MES with shopfloor equipment, plant automation and enterprise systems.

Strong knowledge of Master data design, management and configurations

Strong knowledge of ISA95 and ISA88 Design and Implementation standards

Knowledge of GMP regulations, including 21CFR part 11 and good documentation practices.

Experience working in a high speed, open and global manufacturing environment

Experience working in a SAFe/ Agile environment.

Experience on MES platforms such as- FTPS, Werum PASX, Syncade, POMS, or Opcenter/ CAMSTAR/ SIMATIC-IT.
