📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include wafer fab process development for advanced high speed photo detectors. Work will be done under the guidance of experienced IC design engineers.
Photolithography and dry etch wafer fab process development.Characterize the process output including across wafer and wafer-to-wafer uniformity using profilometer, confocal microscope, and SEM when needed.Design and execute Design of Experiments to optimize the process.Summarize results and present status in weekly meetings.
Education & Experience
Prefer current MS or PhD student working toward a degree in electrical engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields. Relevant work and/or research is preferred in the areas wafer fab device fabrication.
Safety Requirements

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
