We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support one of our proptech clients who are getting ready to launch in May. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in successfully managing marketing projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing various marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining a high level of quality. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

This is a part-time contract role (approx. 5 hours a week) that directly supports one of coLAB’s PropertyTech clients.

What You Will DoOversee multiple (multi-city) video shoots for social media content Communicate between production partner and client and talent (including feedback on revisions, in collaboration with coLAB & client)Keep stakeholders on track with tight turnarounds and deadlines, report project status to internal and client stakeholdersBe proactive in planning ahead for all possible scenariosManage GTM launch plan on target, including various marketing initiativesDrive team accountability for deliverables and ensure project meets defined project milestonesMonitor project status and executionDeliver transparent, timely and effective verbal and written communication to teams, stakeholders, and appropriate levels of the organizationBonus points if you have experience with outbound social & email campaigns

Who We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degreeProven experience in production/marketing Knowledge of relevant technologies including Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress (or similar), CRM, Marketing Automation, and Generative AI toolsAbility to excel managing multiple initiatives and clients concurrently within tight deadlinesExcellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills demonstrated in a client service capacityCreative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to challenges
