In this role, as an Industrial Engineer (P1), you will make an impact by working in a team-oriented, fast paced, positive work environment.

This position is located in Decorah, Iowa and may be eligible for relocation.

What you will do

Provide Industrial Engineering support to production build and test of electronics equipment. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects using the CORE methodologyPerform moderate to advanced engineering economics principles and techniques and analyze and understand manufacturing cost impacts. Ability to diagnose problems and recommend alternative solutions. Knowledge of principles and techniques commonly used in electronics manufacturing.

Qualifications/Experience Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or other applicable engineering discipline and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. https://wwurrew.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
