Overview:Colorado Springs Pressure Washing, LLC is seeking a dedicated and reliable Power Washing Subcontractor. As a preferred subcontractor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality power washing services to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess their own power washing equipment and insurance, along with a strong commitment to professionalism, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:Perform power washing services within a 30-mile radius of Colorado Springs, COOperate power washing equipment safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.Adhere to industry standard safety guidelines and regulations while on the job site.Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Represent Colorado Springs Pressure Washing, LLC professionally at all times.
Requirements:Prior experience in power washing or related field preferred.Own reliable power washing equipment and transportation.Minimum equipment required: 6.5gpm or greater hot water power washer, 200 gallon or greater buffer tank, 150 feet or greater of supply and pressure hose, reliable transportation, basic range of soaps and detergents. Ability to acquire wash water reclamation vacuum within 60 days of partnership.Valid commercial general liability insuranceStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
Benefits:As a 1099 subcontractor, you will be expected to provide your own equipment, insurance, and cover all job related expenses. Pay will be per job, with an estimated hourly rate of $75 per hour. Hours available per week will range from 0-30, with an average estimated of 10 hours per week available.
