General Summary
Analyzes program activities such as acquisition cost, schedule, and performance related to Army Materiel Command (AMC) Army Metering Program (AMP) special projects.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
Works as an Action Officer supporting AMC AMP, Office of Sec. of Def. (OSD), Headquarters Department of Army (HQDA), and AMC taskers and Requests for Information (RFI). Monitors program performance and provides status information to senior stakeholders related to AMC AMP.Schedules briefings and meetings and manages program files for AMC AMP.Researches, plans, analyzes, and organizes technical and/or statistical information and develops data for use in briefings, publications, and reports relative to AMC AMP.Prepares program documents and correspondence such as project authorization documents, action memos, and waivers for AMC AMP.Displays working knowledge of government policies, directives, and regulations related to AMC AMP.Maintains and/or provides assistance with administrative and tracking systems and assists in the design and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases to support AMC AMP.Collects and makes arrangements for distribution of materials to senior government stakeholders.Recommends statistical formats for reports, ensuring consistency with government standards.Plans, schedules, and executes special activities as required, leads working groups, captures meeting minutes, and works action items.May provide leadership to lower level project/program support employees.
