Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Elevator Manager Trainee at Columbia Grain International located in New Rockford, North Dakota. As an Elevator Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with managing grain elevators. This includes overseeing operations, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of grain, maintaining inventory, and coordinating logistics. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as building relationships with producers and customers.
