The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Position Summary
Assist with running cognitive and imaging studies in healthy young and old adults, as well as populations with neurological diseases.
Responsibilities
Screen, schedule, and assist with testing research participants. Screening and testing require administration of brief interviews, a neuropsychological testing battery, and computerized cognitive experimental tasks. Results must be scored and entered into study databases.Assist with scoring and data entry, and functional MRI studies.Involvement in data collection and data entry, theoretical discussion and other related responsibilities within the study. Perform other related duties necessary to the functioning of the laboratory.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, physics, or related science or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Applicant will often be expected to work independently and must have strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to balance multiple tasks and demands is imperative.
Other Requirements
Occasional weekend work is required.
