Job Summary
The VP, Field Sales Operations is responsible for defining and facilitating the field sales distribution strategy and channel GTM playbook for the West Division. This includes working with HQ, Division and Region partners to define and refine our execution playbooks, advise sales compensation strategy and employee experience initiatives. This leader is the primary interface for all Field Sales Channels: Company Owned Xfinity Stores, Branded Partner Retail, National Retail Partners and Xfinity Communities. Additional responsibilities include the post-sale order assurance, sales incentives, and sales communications. This role requires that the incumbent be based at the West Division office located in Denver, CO.
