Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The role involves managing the HR department, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, payroll and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
QualificationsExperience in HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance managementKnowledge of employment laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldHR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR) is a plus
