Clinical Manager - Behavioral Health $80,000 - $95,000 + 401(k), Life Assurance, Medical Plan and More Inpatient, Residential and Intensive Outpatient Colorado Springs, CO
Overview Compass Associates are searching on behalf of a leading behavioral health provider for a driven and passionate Clinical Manager to be part of an exciting team for a facility designed for both adults, children and adolescents with SUD, emotional and psychiatric needs.
The Clinical Manager will be an important part of the team being responsible for the acute residential and adolescent programs, providing both clinical and operational programming.
You will be providing coaching, supervision, training and oversight for the nursing, therapist and tech teams to ensure you are supporting, leading and developing those around you.
The Clinical Manager will also need to ensure that performance improvement audits are completed, engage in any problem solving and interventions as well as attend regular therapist and team meetings.
In the absents of the Director of Clinical Services, you will be required to act up into their role.
CriteriaYou must be have a Master's degree in - Psychology, Counseling or Social Work.It is essential that you have 2+ years clinical experience.Hold a full clinical license - LPC, LCSW, LMFT.Have the confidence and ability to perform clinical and administrative supervision.You will be required to offer exceptional leadership and management skills.You will need to hold certification within CPR and first aid.
Compensation Salary is between $80,000 - $95,000, depending upon experience.
You will also be entitled to - 401(k), life assurance, medical plan, sick days, discounts and more.
