Overview Compass Associates are searching on behalf of a leading and respected behavioral health provider for a passionate Outpatient Director.
These outpatient services will provide a range of programs for adolescents through to seniors which includes CBT, DBT, group therapy, medication management and more for those with SUD and/or psychiatric needs.
As the Outpatient Director you will be responsible for leading and managing all outpatient services alongside ensuring your team is providing and offering exceptional care.
You will assess, develop, evaluate and implement objectives, goals, program philosophy and treatment intervention as well as ensuring program maintenance and development is successful.
CriteriaYou will need to have 3+ years experience within a managerial position.It is essential you have experience of either working within an inpatient or outpatient facility.You must provide exceptional leadership and management skills as well as offer excellent communication.It is essential you are licensed - LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or another form of applicable license.A Master's degree within either social work, behavioral sciences or mental health is desirable but not essential.You must be prepared to commute to more then one facility.
Compensation Salary is between $140,000 - $160,000, depending upon experience.
You will also be entitled to - 401(k), life assurance, medical plan, sick days, continuing education, discounts and more.
