Administrating treatments and documentation Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
Qualifications (RN) Registered Nurse
Must have an active (RN) Registered Nurse license in the state of PA
