Recruiter

Position Summary: As a recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategiesSource candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networksScreen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualificationsCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managersConduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidatesExtend job offers and negotiate terms of employmentMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking systemParticipate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking eventsStay informed of trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience as a recruiter or in a similar roleKnowledge of recruitment best practices and techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team environmentProficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
