- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and engagement
- Collaborate with team members across the organization to brainstorm ideas and concepts for social media content creation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, preferably in the construction or related industry
- Strong proficiency in video editing and graphic design software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of social media best practices and trends
- Passion for creating compelling content
