📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job : Health & Welfare Client Test EngineerLocation: Westlake TX , Durham NC, Merrimack NH or Smithfield, RI or Covington, KY ( Hybrid – 5 days onsite , 3 weeks remote)Duration: Long term Interview rounds: Panel interview - 30 min with 3 individuals (10 min intro) one and done interview.
Programmatically, this project will run through 2030, get all the clients transitioned from the HOBS platform to the FHB platformThe work itself is system implementation/migration, testing, data clean up (hygiene) and debuggingWe need people who can take SQL scripts and troubleshoot to get these implementations underway. The Health & Welfare Client Test Engineer will utilize their analytical and domain skills to provide the best outcomes for our client.

The Expertise We’re Looking For• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience • 3+ years of Health and Welfare benefits service experience • 3+ years of experience (and demonstrated competence, depth, and breadth) of professional experience • Prior client implementation and\or platform migration experience a plus • Experience in Agile preferred, but not required • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Client Testing• Provide support for client testing with new implementations, migrations, and Annual Enrollment • Understand and manage to client testing timelines • Test case set-up, data mining, and data mocking • Conduct and lead daily stand-up calls during Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and Client Acceptance Testing (CAT) • Manage defects • Monitor and report on progress • Troubleshoot and escalate environment issues • Conduct client testing with business partners • Identify testing process improvement opportunities
