Contact Center/Genesys EngineerLocation: Westlake TX or Merrimack NH – Hybrid for 5days in a Month (Connecting week)Interview Process: 1 round, 90 minutes. Special InstructionsJD is below, but the candidates should have at least 1 deep technical experience in addition to Genesys expertise, something like (not limited to):Coding language like java, C++, python, Perl, etc – even HTML, JavaScript, and CSSRDBMS knowledge and SQL, PL/SQL, NOSQLAutomated test tools or frameworks – winrunner, cucumber, seleniumDevops tools and deployment pipelines – Jenkins, udeploy, ansible, chef, docker, kubernetesThe TeamWe are an agile scrum team that is responsible for the Contact Center platform and engineering which provides our voice, email, and web chat communication channels.
