📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Detailed Description of Responsibilities:Work with contractors to implement construction safety mgmt system & other safety requirements on construction sites.Provide safety leadership for new construction including mechanical & electrical equipment installation.Conduct formal safety audit of activities related to construction and mechanical & electrical equipment installation.Review contractor JSA's to confirm completeness & accuracy of work being performed.Required Qualifications:The level of experience expected is between 5 to 10 yearsSafety engineering degree is not required but considered a plus.OSHA 30 and OSHA 510Experience working on construction projects with multiple subtrades.Experience with various parts of construction: site/civil work, structural steel, electrical & mechanical.Experience reviewing and verifying JSA's developed by contractors.Proficient in Microsoft: PowerPoint & ExcelAdditional Desired Qualifications:BlueBeam / AutoDesk Build ExperienceGreenfield site experienceExperience working on multiple projects on same site
