POSITION: Lead Corporate AccountantLOCATION: 1719 E. 19th Ave. Denver, CO 80218DURATION: 3-month contract positionWORK SET-UP: HybridPAY: $30 to $35/hour in W2
Overview:This position supports the mission of the Medical Center of optimizing the quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needs of the whole person. Ensures the accurate and timely posting of financial and statistical data to the hospital's accounting and statistical systems and to prepare and submit promptly certain financial and operating reports from this financial and statistical data. When the need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:Associate or Bachelor in Accounting or Finance, or a minimum of 3 years of experience3 – 4 years experienceIntermediate level skills in Excel, proficient in Word, 10 key by touch, and intermediate general ledger skills.Provable ability to be self-sufficient and able to complete projects with minimal guidance, able to multitask and prioritize, and good communication skills; healthcare experience a plus.Healthcare experience is a PLUS
