Responsibilities

Spearhead initiatives to drive growth and revenue, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver unparalleled new products.Harness the power of market research, product testing, and competitive analysis to unearth innovative opportunities.Craft visionary product concepts and marketing strategies, overseeing every aspect from sourcing to launch.Forge strong partnerships with Sales, Creative, Manufacturing, Operations, and Brand Management to flawlessly execute product launches.Take ownership of the product development timeline, ensuring seamless execution of all launches.Collaborate with Account Executives to cultivate creative processes and develop compelling packaging and online content.Engage with our teams in Asia, both remotely and potentially in-person, to drive product maintenance and development.Skillfully negotiate product pricing with factories to achieve optimal margins.Cultivate relationships with domestic and overseas suppliers to curate captivating off-shelf display programs.Handle time-sensitive responsibilities and communications with finesse and professionalism.Attend customer meetings, showcasing our latest product lines and innovations.Expertly manage product information in SAP, maintaining accuracy throughout the product lifecycle.Conduct regular evaluations of our portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth and rationalization.Collaborate with the Consumer Insights team to compile comprehensive research and competitive analysis.Monitor the sales performance of existing products, adapting strategies as needed.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is usually required.5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a consumer product company or a related industry.
