About the Role:Our large Distribution client is looking for a Finance Manager who will take charge of all financial planning and analysis operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial health, making strategic financial decisions, and providing financial guidance to support the organization's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and management experience.

Responsibilities:Own the budgeting and forecasting process by managing the company-wide financial model, tracking, and recalibrating company spending, and providing reporting and ad-hoc analysis to senior leaders.Oversee a team of FP&A Analysts to meet strategic process, while training and developing.Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual business planning process, including detailed review of actuals, assumptions and KPIs.Working with Company leaders to develop financial forecast/budgets that will guide decision making and serve as a benchmark on financial performance.Perform financial analysis of balance sheet accounts to ensure compliance, integrity of account balances, financial reporting, and effectiveness of business process.Direct the execution of various strategic and business analyses and drive cross-functional initiatives involving employees from across the organization.Coordinate activities with accounting to ensure seamless interaction between financial reporting and financial planning & analysis.Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to track performance and communicate results to senior leadership.Play a key role in forecasting and long-range planning by ensuring accuracy, reasonableness, and feasibility across our business and financials through in-depth modeling and analysis.Get exposure to due diligence and work with internal teams to identify solutions.Produce and deliver in a timely manner all general support requests, operational requests, schedule & ad-hoc reports under tight deadlines.Supporting decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide ad hoc business-related analyses.

Required Experience:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent directly related work experience.Management experience of 5 years minimum required.Experience such as SAP, MS Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Sage 300, Acumatica, Oracle, Workday, MS Business Central, JD Edwards, MS Dynamics GP or Intacct all deemed good.Advanced knowledge and understanding of GAAP financial reporting standards.Eye for details – attention to quality and accuracy is of paramount importance in this role.
