This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days remote.
Responsibilities: This is a full-time role for a Corporate Accountant located in Dallas, TX.
The Corporate Accountant will be responsible for analyzing revenue recognitionOwn oversight of over $500mm in revenuePreparing financial statements and accrualsEstablishing Critical accounting revenue policy and processesThis individual will make a significant impact in supporting the build out of corporate accounting and will have exposure to many facets of the organization
Desired Competency, Experience and Skills: Analytical skills and experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition Proficiency in creating and posting journal entries (accounting) Experience preparing financial statements and accruals Experience with Oracle Cloud and advanced Excel skills are a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize Bachelors degree in AccountingCPA certification is preferred but not required 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance Big 4 exposure is a plus Experience with commercial real estate fee income and associated customer contracts
