$200 per hour

Location

Remote, however, 1-2 in person visits in Albany maybe required. If so, travel (including airfare), meals and hotel will be covered.

Schedule:Flexible Schedule (Monday - Saturday)Any hours, any time of day1-6 days/week8 hours/day - 9-5

We are seeking highly skilled asylum attorneys with asylum/immigration experience. There will be multiple Evidence gathering attorneys who will have experience with Asylum removal and affirmative filings. The Attorney will foster and encourage a positive, productive environment and will bring a ‘can-do’ attitude to the wide variety of questions that arise.

Assist asylum applicants navigate the system.

Qualifications

Admitted to practice in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.Clear of any attorney disciplinary charges sustained in the past 10 years in any jurisdiction in which they were licensed.Experience with Asylum removal and affirmative filings.Proficiency in Spanish required.We are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
