We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to drive growth and be a key thought partner working directly with our incredible founder! As Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to maximize sales, expand market share, and ensure the overall financial success of the organization. Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and business objectivesConduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the non-dairy yogurt sectorWork closely with the executive team to ensure the revenue strategy is in line with the overall strategic direction of the companyTeam Collaboration and Target SettingCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to set revenue targets and optimize distribution networksFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to align revenue goals with product development, marketing, and operational plansRegularly communicate with team members to provide guidance, support, and monitor progress towards revenue targetsCultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, and retail channels Pricing Strategies and PromotionsImplement pricing strategies and promotions that maximize revenue while maintaining a competitive positioning in the non-dairy yogurt marketAnalyze market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to make informed decisions on pricing adjustments and promotional activitiesMarket Expansion OpportunitiesIdentify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, including new product launches, geographic expansion, and partnershipsCollaborate with the product development team to introduce innovative products that meet market demandsDevelop and execute market entry strategies for new regions or customer segmentsCustomer Satisfaction and RetentionImplement strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
Knowledge and Experience
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Chief Revenue Officer or VP of Sales in the CPG food industryDemonstrated success in developing and implementing revenue growth strategiesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesKnowledge of the yogurt or natural foods industry is a plus
