ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, investigations, and disciplinary issues.Implement talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.Work closely with managers to identify skill gaps and develop strategies to address them.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.Conduct regular surveys and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in the manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and the unique HR challenges in the industry.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable to the manufacturing sector.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail
