Marketing Assistant

Position Purpose:Support the corporate marketing management through the development of support tasks for the area's management, related to branding, corporate image, and digital strategy.

General Responsibilities:Social media management (community management): LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo, and YouTube.Develop content for social media, request design from the agency, and provide follow-up to detect improvements until receiving the final deliverable.Propose and develop content and images for blog creation on the BMI website.Ensure compliance with our company brand policies in digital media, timely detecting the management of illegal pages and taking measures to remove inappropriate content.Edit and adjust corporate or sales presentations, according to the needs of the Marketing Management.Prepare minutes of marketing meetings from Head Office to all local operations: agreements, pending matters, follow-up points.Support in the logistics of corporate events or seminars in the company, which can be internal (towards employees) or external (towards clients).Analyze data to create reports and/or corporate presentations, integrating information regarding results or agents of each operation.Translate presentations and content from English to Spanish or vice versa.
