The Mortgage Servicing Specialist performs the following duties: Maintains mortgage information including payment postings, import and funding new loans and updating member information, processing payoffs, curtailments, monthly statements, adjustments, account research etc. Answers members questions regarding payoffs, escrows, change of owner, note modifications, discharges, beneficiaries and other details of existing loans. Prepares routine letters to members. Processes monthly PMI billing to provider. Performs other duties as assigned. Experience & Education: One to three years of similar or related work experience. High school education or GED. Interpersonal Skills” Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.
