We are seeking to hire an Operations Supervisor with food or flavors manufacturing experience to join our team of progressive professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following responsibilities: Job Responsibilities:Ensuring safety and quality in manufacturing operationsProviding guidance to production staff to meet goalsSupervising and coordinating daily activities across production areasMaintaining compliance with policies and proceduresDriving employee engagement, training, and developmentContinuous improvement initiatives for safety, productivity, and qualityJob Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management or related field5+ years of flavors and ingredients manufacturing experienceBilingual (Fluent in English/Spanish) – highly preferredExperience managing teams of 40-50 employeesFood safety certifications and proficiency in MS SuiteStrong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detailKnowledge of GMP, SQG, ISO, OSHA, and EPA regulationsSafety-first approach and ability to handle confidential information
