R&D Chemist w/food exp. - NJ Candidate ONLY -(Salary $90-95k)

We are a rapidly growing organization in the Little Falls, NJ area. We are seeking to hire an R&D Chemist with food manufacturing experience to join our team of progressive professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following responsibilities:

Summary: The R&D Chemist drives innovation in food product development and formulation enhancement while ensuring safety and quality standards. Job Responsibilities:research and experiments for new food ingredients and flavors.with cross-functional teams for formulation optimization.expertise in fermentation processes and preservation techniques.and apply mold inhibitors to prevent contamination.raw materials and finished products using lab techniques.compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.research findings accurately and participate in sensory evaluations. Job Requirements:years of R&D experience in food, flavors, and/or ingredientsin the Food, Flavors, and/or Ingredients Industriesinfermentation processes and preservation methods.analytical skills and attention to detail.communication and teamwork abilities.degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
