Award winning Italian Restaurant seeks General Manager. Ground floor opportunity to get in on an opportunity to be the General Manager of one of the best restaurants, and best ownership groups in the South East Tacoma area.
You will be in charge of running the day to day operations and to create an AMAZING culture and fun place to work. The average tenure in this restaurant is measured in years and not months, which says something about the culture of the organization.
This Newley created position will support ownership who is involved in multiple concepts and truly is a ground floor opportunity to your foot in the door in a growing organization.
Experience in high volume upscale dining or Italian Restuarant, active hands on management in day to day operations required. The ideal candidate will have exceptional tenure and credentials in their prior work history and have a passion for people, great service, and awesome food.
Salary is negotiable but a base of around 85k plus lucrative incentive program.
