Responsibilities:Maintain financial schedules and ledgers in compliance with company policies and proceduresSupport the completion of financial statement auditsPerform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close proceduresComplete account reconciliations and analysis of balance sheet accountsPrepare journal entries and supporting documentation in accordance with GAAPAssist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary
Qualifications:Minimum 5 years in a Staff Accountant or Accountant roleBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is requiredExperience QuickBooks is requiredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and is highly preferred, not requiredSuperior written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational, time management skills, and the ability to handle complex work efficiently and effectively
