📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Focus on delivering innovative marketing strategies, concepts, and platform developments that drive traffic, sales, revenue and engagement for the organization- Oversee and manage all facets of the marketing budget- Oversee all aspects of the marketing team, leading the team's strategy, planning, and execution with a strong focus on results and holding the executive leadership team accountable across key priorities- Drive cross functional coordination and execute detailed marketing programs including company brand positioning and campaigns- Lead efforts to develop creative content and marketing solutions- Foster a sense of unity and collaboration within the different areas of the marketing team and identify areas of professional and technical skill growth for each team member individually as well as the larger group - Work across all departments as an internal advocate to promote collaboration as well as provide an understanding of how the marketing team can support campaigns, initiatives, and be an overall asset to the organization- Work collaboratively with the Executive team to determine the annual marketing plan to achieve revenue targets- Plans and aligns teams effectively to optimize work processes/project management initiatives- Applies knowledge/insights of business and business influences to advance the organization’s goals- Ability to influence business strategy with a view of customer needs and market opportunities delivering customer-centric solutions- Effectively builds networks/partnerships inside and outside the organization and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives- Attracts top talent, develops talent, and builds high performance teams through effective and dynamic leadership qualities- Strong background in digital marketing
