📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as an Oracle Recruiting Cloud Analyst and Configuration Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Recruiting Cloud configurations and customizations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements. Configure and customize Oracle Recruiting Cloud to meet the organization's specific needs. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Recruiting Cloud applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality. Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration specifications and user guides. Stay current with Oracle Recruiting Cloud updates and new features, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's processes.
Skills Required:Oracle Recruiting Cloud General recruiting knowledge HCM Experience
Skills Preferred:Clear communication skills Thought leadership skills.
Experience Required:2+ years of experience in Oracle Recruiting cloud; recruiting process and system improvements in ORC; understand abilities within ORC and have resolved gaps within the product thru configurations/ customizations
Experience Preferred:Design thinking
Education Required:Bachelor degree
