Job Title: Sales Support Professional 3Job Location : 40 Liberty Boulevard, Malvern, PA 19355 (Hybrid)Pay Rate: $40/HR on W2Duration: 12+ Months (Possibility of extension) Client Name : Siemens Shift Hours : 8am-5pm Job Description:Siemens Healthineers Marketing, Sales and Communications (MSC) North America is searching for a Sales Support Professional to join our Account Management team. This is a role well suited for an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:Supporting multiple departments within Siemens sales and service with the creation and maintenance of customer and field personnel accountsWorking in SAP, Oracle Sales Cloud, MS Outlook, MS Teams and MS PowerApps simultaneously to monitor and respond to requestsEnsuring data integrity by validating requests for accuracy, identifying/preventing instances of data duplication and following company protocols and business-specific guidelinesClosely monitoring activity performed by department RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and intervening as neededPeriodically providing after-hours support, including some weekends, especially for financial quarter close eventsApproximately 10% travel required
Knowledge/Experience:Demonstrated ability to remain organized and multitask while managing a high volume of requestsExcellent written and oral communication skillsMicrosoft Office Suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel requiredExperience working with PowerApps and PowerBI a plusExperience working with SAP and/or Oracle Sales Cloud a plus
Education:BS/BA achieved from an accredited university/college
