ABOUT THE JOB:Role: Salesforce Technical LeadLocation: St. Louis, MO or Charlotte, NC - HybridJob Type: Contract(12+ Months)Work Authorization: USC, GC, EAD, H1B (Transfer)Taxation: 1099/W2 Roles and responsibilities:As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will help our clients achieve their goals through innovative digital products.You will enhance user experiences and engagement throughout the entire lifecycle of customers' interactions with the public sector.Work with clients to design and deploy digital products that increase user adoption and deliver measurable results.
Required Qualifications:Must have either Salesforce Advanced Developer or Platform Developer II certification.Must have Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.Provide proof of certification.Experience working with Agile development methods.Experience using source control on Salesforce projects.Skilled in Salesforce administration, including security, standard objects, reports/dashboards, Chatter, Knowledge, Communities, Chat, data management, and sandbox environments.Experience with advanced Salesforce development tools and techniques.Proficient in Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, and VS Code with Salesforce Extension Pack.Experience working with Section 508 accessibility requirements and testing interfaces for conformance.Knowledge of Lightning Web Components and partner products from AppExchange.Experience developing and maintaining integrations, such as API Management tools (e.g., MuleSoft), Salesforce Canvas and Connected Apps, outbound messaging, Salesforce Events, and Apex callouts.Familiarity with automated testing, including browser-based testing using Selenium or similar tools like Provar.Experience using Salesforce DX and working with scratch orgs on Salesforce projects.
