Job Description
Develop and implement personalized education plans for students with special needs, addressing their individual learning styles and abilities Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure each student receives the necessary accommodations and support to succeed Utilize innovative teaching strategies, technologies, and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experiences Monitor student progress through ongoing assessment and adjust instruction as needed to facilitate growth and development
Education And Certification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field Arizona teaching certification in Special Education Previous experience working with diverse student populations preferred
